Initially founded in 1996 as Heussner Insurance Agency, Inc. and restructured in 2017 as Mogul Insurance Agency, LLC, the Company is led by energetic and focused principal, Steven J. Heussner.
Mogul serves businesses and high-net-worth individuals and families offering life insurance, advisory services, and employee benefits.

Kirk Quaschnick - President
Kirk G. Quaschnick is the president and founder of Mogul Wealth Strategies, LLC. Since 1992, Kirk has helped his clients in financial, business, and estate planning, as well as financial advising, investment advisory and wealth management services to business owner executives and individuals. Mogul Wealth Strategies, LLC can assist with comprehensive 401(k) plans, employee benefits package as well as health plans for individuals. Kirk and his team pride themselves on helping clients organize their financial life.
Kirk is a Member Agent of The Nautilus Group® which is a service of New York Life Insurance Company, as well as an Investment Advisor Representative with Eagle Strategies, LLC, a Registered Investment Advisor, and a Registered Representative with NYLIFE Securities, LLC. He started his career in 1992 as an agent with New York Life.
He is a graduate of Northern State University and has continued his studies through the American College, where he obtained his CLU® and ChFC® designations. Kirk has obtained his ARPC designation through the Society of Professional Actuarial Consultants organization. He is also a life and qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table as well as Top of the Table which is widely recognized as the standard of excellence in life insurance sales performance.
When he is away from the office, Kirk competes in IronMan triathlons and enjoys traveling. Kirk and his wife, Sonja, reside in Frisco, Texas. They have a blended family of 5 children.
